Cosy 2 Bedroom Flat in Lake District

Great location, parking permit was a nice touch

Flat was boiling, and cleaning wasn’t great. Lots of hairs on the floor in the bathroom from previous guests

I like that it was central to the town and easy to get the public transport. It was helpful that they putt different tourist guides in the house which was good and helpful. The house was nice and warm, neat and you could tell that thoughts were put into it

The essential facilities are there. Though I wish to see more improvement in provisions.

The property was very clean and the location was perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed , including a washing machine. The hosts were very prompt and responsive to our messages. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

The construction outside was a nuisance but I realize this is only temporary. It would have been useful to have instructions for the tv and the asking machine. We moved the furniture around to better accommodate 4 adults. An extra easy chair would have been nice.

Nicely decorated, good size and comfortable beds. We appreciated how shady the flat was in the extreme heat we had while we were there. We also enjoyed the selection of board games that were left for us.

Being in a town centre location you do expect some noise and this was true of our bank holiday weekend stay. Some of the nearby pubs had loud music playing until well into the night.

Good location with easy access to lots of shops. Parking permit provided was a great help. Modern apartment.

Although it has a high tech ventilation system, it didn't suit us that the windows couldn't be opened. Prefer natural ventilation, but understand that it's not always possible in these old buildings. Kitchen could be better equipped with utensils and cooking/baking dishes.

Its a lovely apartment. Very bright. We loved the code key, so the older kids can go and enjoy the town with no need to stress how to share the key.
