Cosy studio in the heart of the city

Great location - easy walking distance to the city. I had accidentally mucked up my booking, but the host was very accommodating and could still get me in for the days I needed - thank you so much! If I had any questions, they usually answered within half a day.

There is no air conditioning, which, for the middle of summer in Wellington, was a little uncomfortable, and there was no easy spot to put the fan without the cord going across the room at hip height. However, the fan did a great job and still great value for money for the room as a whole.

Clean, quiet, central location & comfortable sleeping.

Location. Very steep walk to the Terrace but worth it to be so central without the road noise. Had all that was needed but a small amount of milk would have been nice. Had coffee and tea but no milk.

Window coverings. Need something a little more light blocking. Conflicting instructions for check in. Received 2 sets of instructions and each had different lockbox info.

Good fit out. Your needs are well covered.

The shower was small and the temperature kept fluctuating.

Great little studio, very centrally located and has all the essentials you need. Comfy bed and plenty of storage. Good communication from the owner too

There’s some noise from the hallway and elevator, but not too disruptive. Take an eye mask for sleeping if you need the room to be dark though as the blinds don’t block out all of the light
