The exhaust fan is not functioning, and there is an issue with the window.

Easy access to Lambton Quay if you take the elevator at James Cook Hotel. Beautiful artwork of birds and plants. SmartTV provided variety of entertainment. Option for duvets and lighter covers, heater and fan. Bath products provided were excellent. Easy check in process using lockbox. Beautiful view of the harbour.
Couldn't close the window, but noise / mosquitoes weren't an issue due to roller blinds.

Great little studio, great price. Location was great for exploring Wellington on foot. Pretty basic, but had all the necessary amenities and was clean and tidy. Perfect if all you need is a place to crash at the end of the day. Information received about accessing the property was excellent and no problems at all. Also, very quick with responding to messages. And, an amazingly comfortable bed!
