La stanza non rispecchiava le aspettative date dalle foto e purtroppo c’erano molti insetti

Views were incredible, property was beautiful, rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was great

One staff member wasn’t very helpful, restaurant wasn’t at our building, nothing to do unless the pool and it was cold

Bellissima location, piscina stupenda e stanza ben arredata e con set di cortesia.

Wifi sicuramente non all’altezza, da potenziare. Siamo rimasti per alcune ore senza connessione perché non c’era segnale e non si riusciva a connettersi al wifi.

La struttura è immersa nel verde del Chianti tra Radda e Gaiole. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione sia dolce che salata e la vista è meravigliosa. Ci sono molti posti auto, anche sotto la tettoia ed una colonnina per la ricarica elettrica.

Cannot say anything about the hotel as we were placed in there sister hotel at the bottom of the road.
