Borgo Le Noci Chianti Retreat & Pool

Excellent reception — we were very well received, including by a wonderful staff member who kindly helped carry our luggage to the room and even spoke Portuguese. A truly kind person, thank you! However, the room had an unpleasant smell, poor cleanliness, and outdated facilities. Breakfast was disappointing, with no replenishment and several items missing.

Cleanliness The room and bathroom showed a lack of maintenance and proper cleaning. Small details, such as a dirty shampoo holder, greatly affected the overall experience. The surroundings and the exterior of the hotel were beautiful and inviting.

Nuestra estadía en la Toscana fue realmente encantadora. El lugar es precioso, con un entorno que invita a relajarse y disfrutar cada momento. Todo el personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. La atención, el servicio y la limpieza fueron impecables. Sin duda, es un sitio al que volveríamos con mucho gusto. ¡Una experiencia que vale la pena repetir!

No attempt to supply even a sandwich in the evening no attempt to offer us breakfast we had a 7.30am departure but breakfast was all set up the staff were in joggers and a hoodie not very professional at all would not recommend this hotel at €240 per night i expected more

Eine wunderschöne kleine Unterkunft in mitten von Chianti, umgeben von Wald und Weinfeldern. Die ruhige Umgebung war einzigartig. Am besten hat uns das Personal gefallen, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem Nazli, welche an der Rezeption arbeitet, hat uns bei allen Fragen und Anfragen helfen können. Egal, was wir gebraucht haben, Nazli hat sich sofort drum gekümmert. Wir möchten ihr dafür danken, dass sie unseren Aufenthalt einzigartig gemacht hat! Danke Nazli!

Best retreat place ever. Calm, serene, sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous. The staff was too friendly! Even packed us breakfast since we couldn't eat on our way back.

Nothing to complain, everything was perfect.
