"DONT STAY HERE, 3 APARTMENTS ROBBED IN THE DAYTIME, A KEY WAS USED TO ACCESS ALL THE ROOMS."

Apartment was clean and tidy for what we paid

I didn't like walking up the stairs and the lights going out. Within 24 hours of staying here, someone had used a key to access the apartment and robbed money, jewellery, even clothes and and some of my boys boxers. Police wouldn't come out to us. Benidorm booking office where we picked the keys up from wasn't bothered and didn't help either. Had to pay 560 euros to stay in another hotel where all 6 of us felt safe. Atleast 2 of the other apartments had had clothes and money taken too. No forced access, again a key was used. DONT STAY HERE!!!
