Broken wardrobe and sofa ripped bugs in sofa in living room and hob in kitchen didn't work .shower leaking all in all bad experience left a day early

£200 deposit illegally taken as this has been discussed in Spain and not allowed! and I have still not received it back!! after 5 days-I will be contacting official authorities in Alicante if I don’t receive back asap. this should of been taken in cash and given back when you take the keys back. we had dirty glasses. no mirrors in the hallway! except the bathroom and small one in one bedroom. front room wardrobe door damaged. no bottom sheet for front room settee. I could go on. you don’t go on holiday to take the rubbish out place was cleaner when we left!

we arrived at the app. about 11-00 but could not get the keys until 4-00 , hanging around for 3 hours in 30% heat was not fun

nice and clean property.

some damage on arrival however was promptly recognised that this was already noted.
