Elegant 2 Bedroom City Centre Apartment - Free Parking - Private Balcony

the appartment is far from what I would describe as elegant or in the City Centre. the advertisement fails to tell you that it is right next door to a football stadium. the balcony outlook is disgusting.

not too far from city. there was a space heater, though a small one.

bit of a dodgy area. key lockbox wasnt under a shaded area. not enough utensils/plates etc. chairs were uncomfortable, small dining table. dirty kitchen drawers/oven. the heating wasnt working in the room. and we had a knock by a neighbour for water trickling, apparently a leak in the bathroom leaking downwards. the balcony was not usable either, plenty of dirt/bird droppings.

The linen was clean, the bed was comfy, the location was ok & it was good to have a free car park. The price was good.

Finding the keys & gaining access was difficult. The apartment was not like shown in the photos you see on booking.com. The carpets were filthy which made it smell bad. Furniture cheap rubbish, not like advertised. No stunning views as advertised. Small kitchen window was only place to see a view & the glass was filthy. The balcony was unusable as it was covered in bird poo & only had 2 cheap fold up chairs that were flat on concrete & also covered in bird poo. There was only 1 shower & 1st night the shower rose broke off & we had to buy glue & fix. The sliding robe doors in bedroom wouldn’t slide. No decent flying pan in kitchen. Dirty marks all over walls. No emails or phone numbers given worked. After 3 days someone rang back after countless messages only to say sorry it didn’t meet expectations. Be hard to trust what you see is what you get in the future!

The beds were comfy The flat was a good size It was not too far to walk into the city but also easy to get the bus

The flat was not elegant, this was not a good description. The Balcony wasn’t very private and as in previous descriptions was rusty and covered in pigeon poo. The gas was turned off for the whole of our stay because of work replacing pipes on the whole block, not the fault of the host but it took a lot of time communicating with the hosts trying to sort it out and two visits from different gas men, neither of whom could sort the problem.

Location.

It was expansive. Carpet was dirty, duvet was dirty with mark. We paid for 7 people only bed was ready for 4 people. No enough duvet was prepared. Pots were not available in many choices. Its says balconcy but whole balcony was with bird poo. Even we cannot open the curtain and door.

Very easy acess neat and clean appartment with all the required items to enjoy with family i will recomend it highly

Neat and clean all kitchen utilities bedsheets every single thing was perfeect

Sofa bed could have been made up prior to our arrival

Instead of beer , should some water

It was good in terms of money

Bathroom door was extremely noisy, boiler in one room was very noisy hard to sleep, beds were not comfortable at all.
