Elegant 2 Bedroom City Centre Apartment - Free Parking - Private Balcony

It was very cosy

We bought milk on the day we arrived and it went off eventhough we put it in the fridge so there is something not right with the fridge

They have one shower in a 2 bed room apartment. The balcony is dirty with bird shit. Overall, not a good feel apartment

Property was a good size and layout for 6 people, only a 2 night stay so provided suitable accommodation for what we required, duvet & pillows comfortable

Bed in first room extremely uncomfortable as mattress is done & springs gone!! Draft coming from kitchen window keeping kitchen area cold! 1 mug chopped and needs replacing, sink in main bathroom should have a drain cover to prevent things being dropped down. Not sofa beds and despite booking for 6 adults we were required to make up the spare duvets (which also need replacing!!) only to sleep on the bare sofa not a sofa bed as indicated! Otherwise a comfortable stay Ps. From flat 8 the “excellent” view can only be seen from the kitchen not quite the fabulous location as described and if in the bedroom the view is Hibs stadium which you can almost touch from the window!!

The placement was good

Too much noice from the above. Too much noise from the bathroom pipes. It sounds like a trombone when you flush the toilet.

The check in process with a YouTube video was perfect for a easy and smooth process. The facilities had everything we needed for 7 people and was a comfortable enough space.

The only thing we didn’t like was getting stuck in the elevator back down to the ground. Thankfully a cleaner was there to help us or I’m unsure of what our circumstances could have been.

We booked for us family of seven. The location is close to the city. The apartments seem like a nice area. The heating and hot waters worked very well. There were plenty of plates and mugs.

Three of us had to stay in the living room. However there were no cover for the blankets and no extra pillows. It is a bit uncomfortable on that part, otherwise everything else is lovely.

Place is disgusting 🤢 Carpets stinks, we left the apartment sick with mould and dust allergy. Electric trips all the time, door key doesn’t work, out of hours never responds!

Wardrobes, ensuite, plenty of sockets.

General upkeep of the property. Lots of defects. I think I took 50 photos of issues. Free parking was a first come first served basis. We got parked, but I feel that should be communicated earlier in the booking. Elevator was broken, which we needed since our daughter is wheelchair bound. 3 flights of stairs were fun! Lights had tripped when we arrived so I had to go in the forbidden cupboard to reset the fuse. Every dish was dirty. Only one shower. Beds seemed small for doubles.
