Tidy, but wouldn’t call it luxury

The linen not being already made up for the spare beds

The location was ok

Some furniture was damaged and missing chair of the set. We found it later in the corridor and it was broken. One of the toilets was loose and moving when you sit on it. We were visited by a gas engineer who let him self in, to check the safety of the boiler while we were getting dressed which should have been done when there is no gests in the property.

Location

Little dirty. Carpet in the washroom. Short one duvet. Free parking was street parking which was misleading. A little noisy as you can hear people walking upstairs.

Apartment was easy to find and bedrooms were a good size with an ensuite and separate bathroom.

Customer service was appalling! Not enough linen for the sofa beds, and they knew we had 7 people staying. NO pillows for the sofa beds either. Accused me of lying about the linen (not sure why anyone would do that). They wanted photos of the lack of linen and refused in the beginning to believe me. Eventually, after numerous messages and 2 phone calls (to someone who had no idea) we were given the duvet covers and sheets for the sofa beds. Still no pillows dropped off. What a disgrace of a service. Then to get another message after our stay to say we should have checked the cupboards! Advise not to stay here.
