Romantic Stone House with STARLINK internet 700 meters above sea level Eco-Farm

The location is fanstasic, getting to see a whole island from the property was absolutely amazing. The hosts - the best we’ve ever come across - felt like home being there and they went above and beyond (flight timing changes etc) they were always there helping us out whenever in trouble. Such a lovely couple and interesting to chat with - wish we had more time there.

Accommodation in the middle of nature, the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Good to know that the accommodation is far from the main road, hence difficult to rely on tuk tuk or public transport. Best to come if you drive the motorbike.

This place is a perfect refuge for all who wish to disconnect from the world and reconnect with the nature and oneself, all while being pampered by great hosts, eating wonderful food, and enjoying unsurpassed views. If ever I return to Camiguin, I would not look for another place - this one has it all. It is a perfect mix of quiet refuge and good company, as the hosts are truly wonderful people. It is remote enough to provide a quiet environment for rest and relaxation, and it is accessible enough to serve as a great base for island exploring.

I wish my holiday was longer! :)

We had the most wonderful stay with Gelt and Janice - it was the perfect way to end our month in the Philippines. They are such genuine, warm people and we enjoyed their company immensely. An additional highlight was the superb food they made for us - so wholesome and super tasty! It was also quite a relief to be at a higher elevation with its cooler temperatures and there was a spectacular view out to sea from there. On our last day, we just stayed up there all day and chilled out in the peace and quiet. The perfect end. Note that the drive from sea level up to the house is quite long and because we just couldn’t face it on a motorbike, we hired a car which worked really well for us. But we were the first guests that had chosen to do this so a motorbike must be perfectly ok. I think we had just run out of steam.

The bed was slightly on the small side for us but still ok.

Everything was FAB! This is a wonderful place to stay, in every way - primarily because the hosts are so kind, caring, friendly, hospitable, organised and fascinating to meet. I recommend this destination 100%. There are SO many fantastic things about staying here - too many to list here.

Amazing place that the pictures don’t do justice. Lovely hosts and animals! Breakfast is unbelievably good and caters for dietary requirements. Wish we could’ve stayed for longer!

Wonderful house up in the mountains with a great everchanging view. The temperature is nice and cool up there, no need for AC. Breakfast was really really good with fresh food from the garden and home baked bread. Most importantly, Gelt and Janice are the best hosts who are happy to tell you about the island if you're interested, make the best ice cream and simply do everything to make you feel at home.
