The lift stop at every floor when at peak period

The building is fine. Looks good and new. corridor also looks decent

1) key collection only can be collect from one counter. There are 3 counters with staff sitting there do nothing to help the long line for key collection 2) elevator is horrendous. Super slow and inefficient. there is 6 elevator but only 4 available. I was living at floor 5, Everytime the elevator reached our floor, all of them are full. We waited for 20mins and gave up to walk stairs instead. And no stair connected to Ground floor, only reach m and you will still need to go ground floor by lift. Luckily there is staff using the unavailable lift and take us to ground floor 3) scenery at floor 5 nothing to expect. The building beside is still under construction. Like 70% completion 4) cleanliness is fine but we realised the floor is still wet when we 1st enter the unit
