Mr Nicholas was quick to respond, and allowed me to check in early due to my unique circumstances. He was very prompt in his messages and gave pdfs and videos to guide customers around, which I found helpful. The room was gorgeous and I absolutely loved the view. Clean, too, and very spacious. Would definitely recommend.

I love the beautiful decor…. the thoughtful of face towels ready for the guest & the efficiency of the host in order for the guest to feel welcome making our stay here lovely..will definitely come again

Very smooth check in.. Less than 5 mins I've got the access key to the unit. Room is very clean, smells very good and all basic necessities were in good conditions.

this is the 2nd time I am booking with this operator and I will definitely return. I have tried to book with other operators and the nuances within the unit differs. things like the water pressure and shower head, cleanliness of the WC and more makes all the difference. will go with this operator again.

nothing much except during this time the only convenience store was under renovation and I could have been told earlier. the view of this unit was towards a sort of abandoned site so i had to close the blinds because it was unsightly and there could be people looking back in. but otherwise the unit itself was good.

Room is beautiful, clean and got all the basic necessities.
