Lovely studio apartment. Handy for Hampton Court Palace. Great location, short walk to the bus stop and local shops, pubs and restaurants.

The only negative was the shower head holder, which was fairly floppy and could do with tightening,.

My overriding impression was that the current tenants went on holiday and sublet their flat whilst away. If true then I don't approve of Booking.com taking their business and I don't want to move into someone's regular home for a couple of nights. I accept they tried hard to present the property well and I'm sure it was clean enough but this arrangement as I perceived it was not what I expected. Please do not make this review public. This message is directed exclusively to Booking.com and current tenants.
