Location is great and the place had *most* things we needed. Didn't see anyone else in the apartments, very quiet people living there which was great.

I should have read the reviews because we didn't realise just how 'snug' it really was. It didn't feel clean, everything seems run down and needs some TLC. Table was too big, couldn't move around the bed without hitting shins into the corner of the bed. We had to buy extra toilet paper. Pillows were either flatter than a pancake or thick and hard. You can't close the bathroom door without having to open the washing machine door as it gets stuck.

Unclean, cold as a there was a draft, no shampoo or conditioner, no face cloths, dirty vacuum right next to the head of the bed, spare pillows were gross and had no pillowcases and spare blanket was thin and dirty.

Cheers Martin! Perfect 4 nights stay with no problems. I’d read reviews on here about it being worse for wear and unclean - I’m a clean freak and it was perfectly adequate. Massive fan of the Slytherin mug - huge Harry Potter fan here! Thanks again :)

Only feedback I’d give would be thicker pillows but that’s my own personal preference. No view from the windows but I live in Queenstown and have an amazing view from my house so 4 days without a view is no biggie for me.

Central location, secure and tidy. Good value if you just need a place to sleep.

Steep hill up from Queen Street, lot of street noise early in the morning. The apartment needs some tlc, broken cupboard doors, shower and fridge need a good scrub. Providing a small milk and some tea.and coffe.would be a winner.
