location wasn’t bad and was close to the city however the noise when the windows were open was very loud and a lot of truck and road noise.

facilities were unclean, bathroom dirty and place very dusty, products were all empty and not advertised correctly. coming from overseas with only carry on was slightly dissapointing that it wasn’t as appeared in the photos. Bed was wobbly and unstable and uncomfortable. All the smaller things could have been looked over if the place was at least clean.

The location was good. Easy walk to the city and transport.

The place was unclean and had many things missing. The shower and the towels provided dodnt look like they had been cleaned. There was no shampoo. There was bar soap in the shower which is gross when sharing with strangers. The microwave didn't work. The dishes hadn't been washed - There was literally butter on the knife in the drawer from the last person. No extra blanket so had to use the heater to be warm enough. No cloth to wipe things down in the kitchen. The teatowel was soaking wet when I arrived so had to wait 24hrs for it to dry to be able to use it. The owner is clearly trying to save power so everything was off including the fridge which wasn't overly helpful when I had food that needed to be kept chilled. Would not recommend.

Location

Was not clean, bed was not comfortable, furniture is old and needs updating, doesn’t fit into small space meaning can’t walk around bed and keep knocking into things. Shower wasn’t great and wasn’t very clean. Difficulty checking in due to being sent multiple different pin codes for lockbox and had to call owner to access keys.

Great location in the CBD. Very convenient to travel around the city centre and close to the bus stops to travel out of CBD if needed
