Sofa cama. No habia sabanas para la cama ni para la almohada, cama sucia. Toallas sucias. Solo una bolsa de basura, un sobre diminuto con friegaplatos...

La ubicación del apartamento, sitio tranquilo.

Faltaban accesorios necesarios al llegar al apartamento como trapos de cocina, papel de cocina , gel de baño… el sofá muy pequeño e incómodo. La hora de salida era a las 10:00, me parece muy temprano , te cobran un cargo adicional por salir más tarde. Calidad-precio creo que no corresponde.

La entrega de llaves era en otra localidad, no nos desplazamos con coche propio. Entrada a las 17 horas salida a las 9 horas ?? Eso sí recibimos un SMS que si pagamos más podíamos salir más tarde.

"Funcional y práctico"

Las llaves se recogen en una oficina (que tiene horario) en Jaca. Las chicas muy amables en todo momento. El apartamento está situado en una muy buena ubicación en Villanúa cerca del pueblo, la piscina y de la cueva de las Güixas. Es un apartamento funcional, tiene lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. Sabanas y toallas perfectas.

El apartamento tiene a su vez bastantes cosas a mejorar, detalles que harían que la estancia tuviera una nota mucho mejor, no obstante igual repetiría pues el precio en mi caso fue muy bueno.

Nice place. Beautiful view. Absolutely outstanding customer service! We couldn’t find the apartment, so the receptionist drove to the town, waved for us to follow after in our car and personally pointed it out for us!

Make sure you read through the check-in process. It takes some time and if you are not at the camping site and you arrive after 8, there’s a process.
