I would say everything was on point. Good customer service, quick response to enquiries by staff. Very clean and spacious environment.

Parking

The apartment was a really good size. Loved the size of all the rooms. A bonus to have two bathrooms as we we're a party of six. Would recommend to people.

For me personally I did struggle with the stairs. Otherwise it was smashing. The Italian restaurant below was 10 out of 10.

Self catering. Close to car parking. Close to all amenities

No pictures on the walls, no decor. Very hot rooms at night. No air conditioning. Seagulls very noisy at night if the windows are open. We had to buy a desk fan for the bedroom.

The location was excellent, the Flat really big, very comfortable and lovely & clean.

Coasters would have been good, we didn't like putting hot drinks directly onto surfaces! The rooms were very hot at night so we found it very difficult to sleep some nights, we would have benefitted from electric fans! It would also have been beneficial to us if there were instructions for the electric appliances and a hook or two to hang coats etc , up.

The location was perfect with a sea view in 2 of the bedrooms, The beds was very comfy and the rooms had lots of space. Its easy walking distance to get to from the train station. Vehicle drop off points outside the property. Perfect for families, everything you need in the kitchen including a washer/dryer.

The main problem was the doors banging every door was quick release and slammed shut, could hear it from apartments below us. The lock on the bathroom door did not work properly, would still open when outside the door but not when in the bathroom. We was not happy on the day of leaving when someone entered are apartment without knocking, we had to finish the last bit of are packing while fire alarm checks happened hurting everyone's ears, no warning was given to us!

The apartment was really good with plenty of room for 4 guys who were working @ Scarborough all week

the only downside is the parking, however we complicate things as we were in 2no x large vans
