Little to no cleaning products provided. Additional costs to us to supply dish washing powders, soap for the WC hand washing, shower, toilet paper etc etc. All the things you don’t carry when travelling. Dishwasher but no powder supplied. 200 Pound damage deposit taken, very unusual for a private residence & 4 days later, to date, and we don’t have it back yet.

Fantastic location

Not for the fainthearted or those with mobility problems. Access to apartment is via 38 steps up a fire escape.

Fabulous location, right in the heart of Windermere town. Beds & bedding were so lovely & comfortable.

Lounge wasn’t very cosy & warm.

Great location and good size

The stairs were really dark, solar lights that come on as you go down each level would be a good idea

The apartment was large and comfortable. It had everything you would need for your stay.

The only complaint was that the entrance was off an alley and up a three storey fire escape. I wish I had known that beforehand because one of our group has mobility issues and found it difficult to do so many stairs. Bringing our luggage up was also a challenge.

Location and a great size flat with parking

There are 2 flights of stairs so if you're travelling with older just be cautious

The room is very new and beautiful, very clean. The location is great.
