El Piso del Puerto - Charm Apartment

Spacious, light, modern with everything we needed. A home from home. Very convenient for beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. Nice quiet community

The apartment was lovely and had everything you could want for a getaway stay. The private pool and sun lounge area was a real plus and the bed was very comfortable

Everything was great. This was our 3rd time in Lanzarote and 1st time staying here.

We love this area and the location was perfect

We had a lovely stay but you never know who you have next door and sometime you can have very noisy kids this did not affect us to much

good location in a quieter part of Puerto del Carmen. the apt was clean and very well equipped

Great location. Secure and safe with some steps to access but not difficult. All you need in the kitchen with a nice sized bedroom and lovely bathroom with good shower and plenty of towels. Cynthia was easily contactable and the apartment is in a small community of apartments on ground and first floor levels surrounding a nice pool. The main promenade with Spar and access to all entertainment, restaurants is just one street away.

Location 2 mins from the beach, close to shops restaurant etc.

Everything was great

This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in ,it was in a lovely safe complex,with beautiful grounds and a swimming pool . The balcony was spacious with enough room for two sunbeds, a table and chairs, and got the sun in the morning . The apartment was very close to the beach and strip , it was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated.The kitchen was well equipped with an oven ,hob washing machine microwave, etc . The smart tv had lots of English and Irish channels . The separate bedroom had a very large, comfortable bed .. There was a large sliderobe with a safe provided, which was an added bonus. Cynthia had lovely extras, e.g, insect repellent, sun cream, which was a lovely touch. Communication was excellent at all times . I would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Puerto Del Carmen .

There was anything I didn't like .

The location is great, quiet, and not being bothered by cleaners knocking on your door is a luxury!! ! Lovely and clean.

The hard pillows!! The shower tray is cracked. The balcony is cluttered with too much furniture, the two sunbeds are not necessary as no room for them. A pull out clothes drier would be a much better idea as once the fold away drier is on balcony you cannot move!! This is hopefully taken as constructive criticism.
