El Piso del Puerto - Charm Apartment

Very close to the main strip and beach but still very quiet at night .Cynthia was very prompt with any queries I had . the apartment was so spotless and welcoming with clear instructions for tv etc .and touches like having water in the fridge was really nice 👌

Grounds are abit shabby and would be nice to even have a place to leave your luggage ascheck outs are by 11

Clean, modern, spacious and in great location. All we needed was there. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Great communication with host Cynthia.

The location - 200 meters to a lovely cove bay,and the Spar supermarket with shops , bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely secure location with sun loungers and a pool. Well equipped kitchen including good quality pans , and all kitchen utensils salt, pepper, herbs , oil,kitchen roll , foil all provided Washing machine Items such as washing up liquid, washing machine capsules, shower gel , shampoo, sun cream provided. Sun on the balcony until mid afternoon Internet Easy to get the bus to places including to and from the airport within 20 minutes. Prompt WhatsApp communication from the host Cynthia.

No English TV channels- only Spanish ones Had to pay €50 cash cleaning fee on departure , which I didn’t know about until the day before ; which getting euros in cash is more expensive from a non euro country such as the UK ; both due to the bank conversion rates and the commission fees added by getting the cash out at the ATMs in PDC-however this was reimbursed promptly by Cynthia within a couple of days of arriving home.

Great apartment in an area of Puerto Del Carmen we always stay at - local to bars , restaurants and the SPAR supermarket Air Conditioning was a bonus Cynthia was very welcoming and replied to any requests quickly Sunny balcony until early afternoon - nice cool place to sit at night

Apartments are lovely, spotless, air conditioned, flat location with nearby restaurants and entertainment

TV reception not very good

Location and apartment suited us for a week. Host, Cynthia, made us welcome in a lovely, modern, well equipped apartment. The verandah gets the early morning sun right up till lunchtime, again, suited us. The facilities included excellent WiFi, multi-channel TV and quality kitchen equipment.
