The bed was comfortable and the bedding appears clean.

The property had a very poor standard of repair and cleanliness. The curb appearance was uninviting with the wall knocked down and a very shabby front door. The garden furniture was rusty in a small space over grown with weeds. The kitchen equipment was rusty & greasy and needed washing before any attempts to use it could be made. Items were broken such as the drainer, plates & floor tiles. The microwave was rusted & flaking. The tiles behind the hob top had previous guests cooking splashes on them. The bathroom had cobwebs, mould and broken tiles with poor decoration. The TV in the bedroom did not work and the carpet was stained. The heating was disconnected and unusable. Furniture was broken & the electrics were exposed on light fittings.

Good Value for the money and the host is always good parking around.

Nice large and airy space, very comfy bed.

Parking was a little difficult but we just had to park a few streets over.

The Victorian decor . Loved the book wallpaper , outside patio.

No sleep due to upstairs banging about day and all night , broken toilet , no toiletries , light bulbs flickering I had to use a lamp in the kitchen.
