The unit is in the centre of cameron highland. Near to most of the important facilities.

The unit is not so clean especially bathroom. The deposit is not affordable - RM 300 is expensive compared to other homestay/hotel. The checkout time is at 11am which i think not convenient. Overall, not a great place to stay.

location of the hotel is good however, the picture guide is confusing ... especially for someone like me who visited that place for the very first time in the market at the ground floor, no one knew about the hotel in the booking confirmation message, there was not google location link ...... that would be far more helpful than giving the address in the form of text and sharing the picture of the hotel monogram I used the address to find the location of the hotel, and it took me 40 minutes to search that place as I did not get the accurate PIN location from the hotel management. Similarly, for a first time visitor, it is not enough to show in a short video how to navigate to the locker area for key collection There should be a map, showing all the 4 corners of the building, so that user at least know s/he is at right building and at which corner s/he is and to where s/he has to navigate.

1. I did not like the improper information given for booking confirmation, a. the pin location of the facility was missing, which caused me 30-40 minutes to search for the building after that, video about navigating to locker room area was very brief ... b. and had no information how to navigate to that area from any other corner of the same building/plaza 2. Moreover, no one else in the whole market knew about the hotel (or at least no one guided us) 3. Satellite channels were mentioned with TV, but none worked, it asked about the account/credential details 4. The support was only via whats app text ... and there was no support at all in late night

Location and check in process

I didn’t like the process of taking the RM300 deposit. There was no option to leave cash and collect it at checkout, especially considering we only stayed for one night. The place itself was not in the best condition — the bathroom heater was not working, the window blinds could not be closed properly, and the windows were not clean.
