Check in process - the photos in the check in online folder did not say anything about picking up keys in a different location. And the employee, who checked us in was not very understanding. In the end, we got the keys, but the instructions were not clear at all.

Apartment was very big, clean and warm (we came in February). Bathroom was exceptionally clean, nice kitchen, super comfortable bed. Apartment is located in the center on very pleasant street and it was always easy to find it, after first time you don't even have to look at the map.

We liked absolutely everything

We liked the location, right in the center, the apartments are very spacious, professional staff.

Happy with facilities as promised,Unlike previous stays. Many places promised washing machine but make it difficult or unable to use. Or sometimes basic hairdryer also unavailable. Will recommend such premise. Location great, price reasonable.

Staircase up to 2 level. If big luggage, a bit challenging.

Great location and very good check in instructions.

The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain and the shower bracket was broken which made it difficult to shower without water going everywhere. The wifi didn't work and when we contacted the hosts the response wasn't helpful and they didn't follow up. As a couple we felt the place lacked character, felt empty and was not cozy.
