The location is just perfect, can do shopping, and the market is close, a lot of restaurants.

The only minus is that the apartment has no air conditioner. It is so hot in summer.

The apartment is exactly like in the photos, spacious and clean. The location is perfect, in the center of Como town and very close to the lake and restaurants. Even though it is located in the center, it was quiet in the evening because there are no terraces around, only shops. It doesn't have air conditioning and you might think that it will be hot in the summer, but the apartment is cool and you really don't need an AC (this was a big plus for us). The temperature can also be adjusted manually, if you prefer hotter or cooler rooms. The staff is very friendly, they always answered us when we needed it and we were able to leave our luggage at their office (located approx. 5 minutes from the apartment). I would recommend to leave some extra things, such as trash bags, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper (if you have several days of stay, you may need more of them) but apart from that it was a perfect stay for us. The property could not have had a better location, right in the centre of Como. The size of apartment was quite large considering the location. Four people stayed comfortably

Propery needs some maintenance. Bathroom towel holder: broken, toilet cover broken. We were aware upon booking the property had no a/c but with temperatures well above 30 degrees we expected a fan for each bedroom. The property had one fan which somehow we were expected to share among two bedrooms. The first two nights were unbearable and we asked for a fan on the first day and on the second day we were told they would check if an old one they have works. On the third day we told them the lack of sleep is ruining our trip because two (without the fan) of us could not sleep properly and this was meant to be a road trip which was ruined/cut short because we were too tired to drive. Our third whats app message was left on seen and never replied too - very unprofessional. Respite came on the third day when it rained and the temperatures cooled down. We slept with the windows open but were woken up by the street cleaners every morning at around 5am.

Good location, in the city center. Clean.

There was no TV and no hair dryer.

Very close to the main attractions and the ferry terminal. The House of Travellers team were also very helpful at every step and responsive when in need.

These are minor but having things like aircon and iron board would have been really helpful for us.

We didnt had breakfast in house.

Abit noisy if we open the window at night.
