La situación es excelente

El apartamento tiene falta de mantenimiento, zócalos descochados, papelera del baño rota, mampara de la ducha con problemas en la guia, una puerta en el pasillo que da a un patio de luces que da asco, el agua de la ducha no muy caliente y las ventanas de las habitaciones dan a un patio de luces bastante deprimente.

Olor a comida que llegaba hasta con las ventanas cerradas. El baño muy incómodo. Con escasos accesorios para los productos de aseo y las toallas. Ninguno dentro de la ducha. Sin colgadores para la ropa
