Great location. Good contact before arriving.

The entrance hall and stairs was a bit dirty and shabby but the appartment was stylish and clean. As a first impression the entrance wasn't great

The apartment is next to a pub, a live band was on the Saturday night which could be heard in the living room until the band finished in the pub

Only one loo roll and no coffee pods/washing machine pods to make use of the facilities. Would be nice to include a few old board games in living room for kids.

The apartment was central all bars, beach and cafes were within easy walking distance.

The property was in a great location and was beautifully furnished and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Some of the dishes and cutlery were dirty and there were only three glasses (apart from wine glasses). This was ok for us but it would have been difficult if there were four or five staying in the apartment. Also, it would be great if, alongside the dishcloths etc., a tea towel would have been provided. It’s been years since I’ve stayed at a self catering place that didn’t provide this so I hadn’t packed one.

Really modern and clean . Right in the centre of Saltburn. Tastefully decorated. Easy check in.

A lot of messages sent by host on different formats made it feel very corporate eg offering early check in for extra fee or private chef. Only one coffee pod for machine!

Spacious and clean

The beds were a little low to get up from
