We had a lot of fun with the hanging chairs. The atmosphere in the tiny house is comfy and warm. The garden feels like a secret place.

The bed. Absolutely. It's comfortable but SO noisy. It makes a noise with the softest move you make.

Easy access, original, kitchen and garden access

Great location, friendly hosts, accommodation was decent for the price. I recommend it for a single person.

The place is a little cramped but is good value for one.

I booked the place for the location and as it had a desk so I could do some work on my laptop. For this purpose it was good. It was very much like on the pictures. Shower and mini kitchen where good too with a dolce coffee machine and frige.

Since its in the garden of someone, the neighbours where immer quite close by (not much privacy). The stair was a bit flimsy.

No breakfast, very easy no 1 bus ride from Central station to hotel, several cafes nearby, 1 great Southern Indian restaurant only 5 min walk,

No local tv for the news

The garden house was very cozy, perfect for two people for a couple of nights. The hosts made sure that we could contact them if we needed anything and gave very clear check-in instructions. They have made good use of the space that they offer, and it was easy to walk into Utrecht center from the location.

Unfortunately we came on a weekend where it was a bit cold, so the garden house was also a bit cold (except in the bed under the electric blanket!). We were also a bit nervous going up and down the ladder to the bed.
