Lift..short of lift..the cleaner control the lift during checkout time So poor for OKU person have to use the stairs to avoid late check-out

Room was clean, view from the window is nice. Location was perfect.

The parking space is on 7th floor. Took a lot of time to park the car every time. Lifts are always busy.

Clean and spacious

Unit is different from the picture of unit that I chose. Parking to lift is very far. Not family with toddler friendly. Security is rude, when my husband wants to drop off me and my two kids at the lobby, he forbid us to stop at the drop off spot. And rudely ask us to move our car at the side of the building near the garbage area to dropping off.

The location is in center of penang

The lift is suck,,,have to wait 30 minit just want to go another level,,,the air cond in my room not functioni g wel,,,call the owner they said have to wait for maintanance,,in the end nothing have been done,,,nothing to cover the prob,,,not suggested to stay here
