Nice and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a short stay. The apartment is very close to the train station. The host is very responsive for any needs.

It would be nice to have cleaning products in the shower.

This is a lovely, very cosy, feels like home from home apartment. Very well equipped, comfortable, nice decoration , great views from high up and a perfect location for St Albans/train to London - hosts could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Maybe a bit more attention to detail on cleaning but nothing of significance

Quiet ground floor apartment, which I needed after a hip replacement. The apartment block is right by the mainline railway, we were the opposite side which was quiet, but I would hate to stay the railway side. Well equipped.

Would have liked instructions about using the oven, which was complicated. The radiators were not fully working, and though the owners (a company in Birmingham) tried to be helpful, this was never fixed. There were two wine glasses, one champagne glass and no water glasses in an apartment meant for 4.

Good location, short walk to the station or St Albans city centre. Friendly and helpful host.

Could do with a bit of vacuuming. External keypad (to enter the building) is very slow and unresponsive, we had trouble getting into the building a few times.

enough space for a family of 3 people with 7 bags of luggage and a child stroller, the location is just fine, clean bathroom. it exceeded my expectations because of really good floor plan and how the space available is used. warm floors are helpful this fall. staff communication was perfect.

no dishwasher; oven requires cleaning as otherwise it may trigger fire alarm due to smoke (though it is still can be used if only the upper heater is used).

The location was very good and central to the train station and city centre. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The hot water wasn’t sufficient and had to boost for 2 people to have a shower. The apartment could do with some TLC E.g paint work, sofa in sitting room was stained, stains on carpet and some marks on furniture, bathroom fixtures discoloured or rusted, which we felt we had to photograph to prove this wasn’t our damage during our stay should it be required. Netflix stated as being available which wasn’t although not a big issue as we weren’t in often.

Modern, small, clean, well maintained apartment close to St Albans train station. Easy key collection once I asked for the instructions.

Lots of building work going on around, so woke up early every morning. Parking a bit hit and miss. A very small apartment, it;s got everything you need, but it is compact.
