"Good place to stay"

Great location, well equipped and a good little place to stay. The host responds to any queries very quickly. Easy to get in with key in lock box and good instructions given in advance. Deposit returned very quickly.

Warmer/ thicker duvet would be good. Hot water a slight issue - you have to press a button 20/30 mins before you need it but wasn’t a problem - you just need to remember to do it.

"Served our purposes very well and would recommend for a short stay in central St Albans."

V convenient location. Nice flat.

Building works opposite are a pain - especially as workmen arrive v early and make a lot of noise even before proper work starts. Flat would benefit from replacing a few things which haven't worn well eg internal door handles and taps as they detract from all that is really nice about the place.
