We bought our own breakfast of which was the plan to buy breakfast outside

I liked bathrooms,wardrobes and the kitchen.

Location great & facilities good - Braai area especially

It was very cold in the apartment, the furniture was not nice, broken bed & faulty door lock on bedroom. The kitchen crockery/cutlery/pots/oven dishes etc were missing & not good quality.

1.The reception from the staff was passive agressive after enquiring about their check in times 2. The facilities were not clean with a dirty shower floor and a carpet in the main bedroom that smelt. There was mould in the bathroom 3. The furniture is old, chipped, and uncomfortable. 4. The curtains are thin and don't warrent privacy. 5. Your access is gaurded/ limited with only 2 codes given which makes going in an out an inconvenience. 6. Overall very poor value for money. I regret spending my time and resources here.

Beautiful apartment situated inside an estate with many facilities around. Safe environment and yhe communication with Zipho was excellent. Would definitely come back.
