No aircon property gets hot

The property is brand new and everything working fine. Mattresses, pillows and linen good

When we got there the towels were soaking wet and outside on a rail. When we got back after dinner and wanted to take a shower it was still wer. Thus we had no towels that we could use

The place is in a good area,closer to Mall Of Africa, Kyalami Racetrack and other places.

Our booking was initially for 14A Elizabeth but for some odd reasons explained by the host we ended up at 36H and this was only communicated few hours before check-in.The apartment itself has a great potential but unfortunately it's not well kept, it's very basic and it's dirty (once you pay attention to details).In its current state,there is no value for money. The check-in process was also complicated.They require the guest to send a photo of the ID card to the host via Whatsapp, and this process isn't explained in the advert, which therefore creates discomfort on the guest's part.
