Stunning Birmingham City Center Apartment - Sleeps 4 - Free Parking, Netflix, Prime, Disney

If you will look from the outside, the apartment really looks very old, even the inside of it (Entrance, Hallway etc.) But the apartment unit was clean and well equipped. It's close to amenities, especially to the city. Outside of the property was dirty and has pile of waste but we are aware that it was because of some issues with the council garbage collection strike that time. But overall, it was a good stay and we had a comfortable night.

The heater in the room was not working, but they have a portable heater. Not recommended for those traveling with old people as there was no lift and it was on the 3rd floor. The main door lock was not working, building was in front of the main road and the gate was wide open and feels like unsafe because of that.

Great oarking and location for me to get to the music venue. The apartment it self was super clean and tidy and for a nights stay everything you need.

Was cold in the property maybe put some heating on before people arrive could be good idea.

Having young children and being given the highest floor of all No lift so having to walk up stairs with all the luggage and young children

Once navigated up to the property on the top floor Inside was very clean and tidy on first inspection Host was very helpful and responsive to any messages or quieries Bedding and towels were very clean and nicely presented Facilities in the property were good enough for an over night stay and also was a nice thought to provide bottles water and toiletries also

The outside of the property was very messy and untidy Understand there is a bin strike at the moment but there was a massive pile of rubbish outside Parking spaces quite hard to access due to the rubbish overflowing and taking up parking spaces Security door to the property is broken Inside and in the stairwells very dirty unkempt and smelly Facilities inside property were adequate except the bath plug got stuck and wasn’t able to be removed Host did call and was very helpful with issue when explained
