Stunning Birmingham City Center Apartment - Sleeps 4 - Free Parking, Netflix, Prime, Disney

The property was only a 9 minute walk from the arena where we needed to be which was great. A short drive (could probably walk/public transport) to the centre of Birmingham. Tv in apartment, shower/bath. VERY comfortable bed. Smelled amazing, especially as the apartment block itself smelled SHOCKING. Very clean in the apartment.

The actual block of apartments was awful, it smelled terrible and the top floor stinks of cigarettes. The main door into the apartment block was open all of the time despite a sign on the back saying ‘close door until clicks for security’

Property is close to amenities but on a busy main road. Host was lovely very responsive to messages and even left some water for us.

the building was on a main road and even though there was parking it was a squeeze to get it in as other cars were parked. The flat was cleanish but the building was very dated and dirty. Flat is on a top floor with no lift so carrying bags up 3 flights of stairs was hard work. The beds were very uncomfortable and the mattress in the double bed needs replacing. Items in the flat were dated and the inside of the cupboards smelled.
