Location was excellent really close to city centre. Breakfast menu was variant and with lots of imagination. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Having additional toiletries to the bathroom would have been a plus. Simpler arrangements for Breakfast allowances, like one food one drink is allowed for and anything additional would be of extra charge.

Everything. Amazing property done in good taste. Quiet, heavenly, gorgeous. Great staff - so helpful, good English speakers, prompt comms, 24 hour reception. Room was lovely - we had one on the ground floor overlooking the pool with 2 sets of doors. One door was opening in a nice little garden space next to the pool - perfect for your morning coffee or some reading. Breakfast is delicious!

Can’t fault it but have a suggestion. Organize a morning coffee system - maybe add an electric kettle in the room or have an easily accessible coffee station (pods?). Staff was always helpful to offer us some coffee :)

"A beautiful hotel in Merida’s heart"

What a beautiful hotel right in Merida city center! The facilities are incredible comfortable, even the unusual exterior shower that was a pleasant surprise! There is a near by car parking. The hotel staff is really nice and helpful! We couldn’t have chosen a better stay for our trip.

"Not worth the money I paid."

The space of the room

This only suite was loudly. Very early in the morning. They have the kitchen besides the master bed. And suite…They had the blender very early. You can hear people talking. All day long. They didn’t had any bar services at night . No privacy.. at all. Not enough water for the private pool. Niether for the shower.. no pressure in water. No shower gel , no klennex.
