It was a great location, close to centre of Harrogate & situated in a lovely quiet estate, with handy local store for essentials, it was fantastic for the 4 of us

Quiet location, close to Harlow Carr. Lovely spacious property with a great enclosed garden room. Separate shower and bathroom which makes it perfect for a family group. Very comfortable stay.

Great location a nice walk into the centre. Good sized rooms with space to relax. Kitchen well stocked.

Lack of soft facial tissue

On first viewing the property looked very modern and well equipped. But so much of this equipment didn’t work. The lovely looking fire, our bedroom light, the tv. All didn’t work. We emailed the host. She didn’t respond. The cooker and hob were, like much of the house, very modern. But the cooking facilities were poor.

The fire was lovely. Overall a really nice place to stay

Lovely ground floor

Kitchen utensils, i.e. saucepans and baking trays were in a really bad condition. No bread knife (we all looked and couldn’t find one) Creeking floorboards upstairs especially in the main bedroom. Couldn’t go to the loo in the night without waking people up. No bedside cabinet. No designated parking places.
