Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY: To ensure guest satisfaction we require additional cleans at the guests' cost for all stays of 11 nights + and every 10 days thereafter. During the clean the house will be fully cleaned, all consumables restocked and the towels/sheets will be changed. LINEN AND TOWEL CARE: Please take reasonable care of all bed linen and towels during your stay. Charges may apply for excessive or avoidable staining or damage (such as makeup, food, paint, or markers) where professional cleaning is not possible and items require replacement.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Near everything very close to city centre and shopping centre 1 -2 minutes walk.

Very clean and fully furnished, Asian supermarket next door for who like to cook and eat inside, WiFi was excellent the best network in Canterbury, the host was very friendly with us, I really do love it

"Comfortable place for families in an excellent location"

This property was in a very convenient location, and a good mix of interesting architecture with modern amenities. The owner was very responsive to our questions, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was better than expected and the WiFi was excellent on all levels.

The Location, the prompt response from our Host to all queries. We liked the key code for the door rather than requiring an actual key. Downstairs shower was lovely.

The sitting room is in the basement. It has very uneven stairs and no handrail - could be a hazard and potential issue for those with mobility impairment. Blinds in bedrooms are not very good. The downstairs bedroom definitely requires a curtain or something similar to provide better privacy from the street.

The location was great for the center of Canterbury and parking. The owner of the property was extremely informative and provided great advice prior to the trip on where to park and how to gain access. Everything was very clean and presentable.

There were a couple of minor wear and tear items that the owner will address for the next guests as they will perfect the presentation of the property. These insignificant items did not affect our stay in any way.

"Great House"

The house was very clean and in an amazing location, very close to everything.

Alot of noise coming into the front bedrooms of the house from people passing by on the street on a Saturday night.
