Hoole House- Recently decorated, bright and modern 2 bedroom house, close to Chester train station and the City Centre

The house was so clean ,very inviting ,very comfortable bed ,warm and bright rooms,and well equiped with washer ,dishwasher ,fridge and utensils ,very good value for money and in a quiet location , and a 15 min walk into chester town,we also walked down the canal into chester and was very nice scenic walk . Also a few bars resteraunts and shops on the doorstep .

Cant fault the place .

The bed in the second bedroom did not unfold into a double as it should. There was no chain on the plug for the sink in the bathroom

Very convenient for attractions and town centre. Able to park next to the house easily. Great kitchen facilities. Tea and milk provided which was a nice touch.

The front bedroom had damp in the alcoves. The sofa was very uncomfortable and possibly broken. As there were 4 of us, one of us had to sit on a folding kitchen chair when in the living room.

Location was brilliant for Chester and the zoo

Good location and size for our group of 3. Beautifully decorated. Beds comfortable. Great shower. An advantage to have a dishwasher.

There is a smell of damp but the effective heating system helped to quickly warm the space. Some useful items were lacking. A tea towel, a few more dessert spoons and forks, a serving dish or two.

Good location kitchen was great beds were comfy

Sofa couch very uncomfortable to sit on damp smell up stairs and damp marks on walls in wardrobe
