Hoole House- Recently decorated, bright and modern 2 bedroom house, close to Chester train station and the City Centre

Good location-good pubs and shops in Hoole, close, easy walk to Chester Centre, and near train station

Could have used a fan. Living room pull out sofa, not very comfy as a sofa

It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was easy to park directly outside. Despite being a terraced property we heard no noise at all. My daughter loved having her own room with dressing table. The location was great for getting into Chester city centre as well as going to Chester Zoo.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

It was very modern

The old thing i have to say that is negative is the red spider nest outside your front door

Nice kitchen, comfortable bed, good wifi and tv with streaming.

Sofa wasn’t very comfortable and the bathroom was a little cramped

Property was clean and well decorated. Parking was good, always managed to get a spot just outside and it was free all along the street. Very good location to walk into Chester, only about a 15 minute walk. Good selection of tv options. Easy to use heating system. Good water pressure in shower.

Sofa in living room very uncomfortable to sit on, sinks in the middle. The front door sticks and doesn’t have a handle on the inside, you have to pull by the lock, and was difficult to lock at times. The bed in the second room isn’t a fixed double, it’s a pull out day bed type, which we couldn’t manage. Stairs are narrow and steep (typical of this kind of property) but could be difficult if you had mobility issues.
