Property is in need of TLC. Sofa uncomfortable floor tiles are cracked upstairs spare bed is very uncomfortable.

Size of beds too small, bathroom without window/ ventilation out of order, dampness, blocked bathtub, uncomfortable sofa, cardboard games broken/ missing parts/ mouldy.
GBVery convenient location. Managed to get on street parking right outside the front door. Quiet location at night but really good high street with cafes and pubs just round the corner
Was absolutely roasting but that wasn’t the fault of the property. We were there in the midst of a 35 degree heatwave! Access to some fans would have made it more comfortable but that’s just nitpicking.
GBNeat little house with two double bedrooms and good bathroom. Ideal for a short stay within 20 mins walk of Chester city centre.
Uncomfortable settee in the lounge and a few little extras like milk in the fridge, shower gel etc would make for a warmer welcome
