PLIt has lovely personal touch. It is quiet. Definitely worth to stay. If you like to relax or explore its surely just for you. Resonable distance to city centre, Zoo, bus or train station.
Few bits and small areas could be fixed , but I guess that fits rustick. Hair dryer would be helpfull.
