Great location. Easy to park. Lots of kitchen equipment. Comfy bed.

The location was good so it was easy to travel to any of the attractions. The kitchen was big and clean.

There was an oven but we were not very familiar with that so we did not use it. There was no instruction booklet. The wash basin upstairs need cleaning as the water flow was slow.

The dryer was not usable it had not pass electrical certification

A perfect location for our walk around the coastline, being so close to the bus station. The weather was pretty grim and we got wet and very muddy, so we really appreciated having the washing machine and tumble drier to use. The powerful shower was a real bonus too. In all, it was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. Excellent value for money.

The stairs are very steep, and with baby gates to negotiate top and bottom, they felt more of a challenge each day than our cliff top walks!

Excellent location, quiet road but near to supermarket and bus station, cleanliness good too.

We couldnt get into the property as the code had changed, an email had been sent on the morning we were travelling, in future a text would work as we didnt have access to emails whilst travelling. Also we couldnt get hold of our host, she had given us her tel number but was switched off when we arrived as her co host had taken over but we hadnt been given the co hosts tel number, The property could do with a more comfy sofa and larger double bed. It needs new pillows which were terribly flat and and the duvet was far too warm for August.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Newport with easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious and well equipped with all amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for the fantastic experience!
