Lots of room, close to bus station. Owner was thoughtful and easy to work with

Spacious with lots of useful utilities like a toaster a coffee machine a tea kettle a tumbler and a washing machine. Probably the best location in New Port you are at the bus station within 8 minutes by foot but it is a really quiet residential area with lovely neighbors. Great for families since it even comes with a travel cot and safety gates at the staircase.

The stairs are very steep and of course there are safety gates but as any parent knows they wouldn't stop a determined toddler. Also the laundry machine was odd there was black water in the lid before we were able to do our laundry. Plus the tumbler was not cleaned when we arrived.

Good location for transport links and shops. Roomy House, nice garden and quiet.

Lovely, attractive, spacious home and garden, generally very clean and tidy, friendly neighbour. Kitchen was well equipped and basic supplies included. Plenty of towels and fresh bed linen. Basic toiletries also included. Excellent communication; Host was very quick to answer questions and was very kind to us when there was a mix up with our booking which was quickly remedied/compromise met. Good on street parking, we were able to park directly outside the house every day. Location in the middle of the island, very close to lots of attractions with good major roads to most areas of the island.

Some of the crockery and cutlery were grubby, needed to be washed prior to using. The television was difficult to use, we did figure it out in the end, but the children were not able to help themselves to watch. The string for the bathroom light kept catching on the door which made it tricky for the children to switch on in the night, it would benefit from having a little hook to keep it still/away from the door. The blackout curtains in the master bedroom are a little bit too small and therefore, because the bed is in the window, the light falls on your face which, in the summer, wakes you up early.
