"Perfect for a 2 day stay, good location, recommend Vees cafe a 10 min walk for a hearty breakfast."

Lots of space, which was a plus, comfortable beds, towels, nice touches like the shower gel, and tea and coffee.

We knew it was Halloween season, but a few cobwebs and the fan in the bathroom could do with a good dust.

"Home away from home close to Swansea."

I was very impressed with the service received from the letting agent. They were very responsive and assisted whenever needed. The house included all the necessary facilities for us and met all our needs. The area was very safe and we were able to park our car safely on an adjacent road. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for a home away from home.

Nothing, everything met our expectations. The pillows could be a little firmer however, that is personal preference and nothing to do with the home that met all our needs.

Cobwebs in lounge, dirty windows, no handrail in bathroom & Fan filthy, bed worst ever, cooker hood was filthy & not working, scaffolding all round, filthy windows & balcony. Awful damp smell in hallways

The beds were clean and comfy. The apartment was a very good size, lots of space.

The sofa had lots of stains on, I contacted the owner Marc, who advised they were aware of this and waiting for custom sofa covers. I feel a throw or blanket to cover the stains would have been better than just leaving it as is and not explaining. The shower screen was filthy, definitely not been cleaned, Marc did offer to send a cleaner for this however seemed pointless for the 2 night stay. The apartment could be lovely with some attention, there was lots of marks and scraped paintwork and the terrace was covered in cigarette ends. We were only staying for 2 nights and just using it as a base to visit family locally however if I'd booked this for longer or for a holiday I would be seriously disappointed. I wouldn't stay again. Also "James & Nicola" send a lot of generic emails about how can we help, how was your first night, anything we can improve on etc etc to which I've replied to several and never got 1 single response. The pre check-in process is also very over the top!!

"Did exactly what I needed it to do and would definitely stay again."

I liked the location which was close to where I was working but also places to eat.

As a taller man I found the sofa uncomfortable to relax on in the evening as it was a bit shallow.
