Very quiet location but very nice walks down by coltele mill along the river . The honnicombe arms pub onsite was very nice, good food and friendly staff

The indoor pool was closed due to maintenance problems

The property was fine, clean and nice location

The property was double booked, we arrived early thank goodness after a 3 and half hour journey, for someone an hour later to walk in and scare my child, and he said he had booked it., which resulted in us having to call to sort this out, then the owner called me back to ask if I could tell them where they could go, so had to walk to find them., then the owner messaged to say all sorted, that shouldn’t of been something I had to sort just put a damper on the stay, as I would not of been happy to have to drive home 3and half hours.

The environment was desirable.

There was an offensive chemical smell all over the house, which affected the ambiance.

staff on site were great

unclean couldn't get in to the place got in at 7pm not 3pm got bedding at 7.30 pm not hoovered generally dirty apart from bathrooms they wete very clean tom unhelpful and rude especially to site staff all mattresses were awful rubbish everywhere outside living room very dirty boggies on sofas kitchen utensils etc dirty freezer broken stairs broken and very dangerous no hoover dustpan and brush not worth £1550 !!!

The on site staff were fantastic, couldn't be more helpful there was a indoor and outdoor pool a gym bar and restaurant and a shop

There was nothing i didn't like about this property It was clean tidy and big enough for 6 adults
