Cebu IT Park Avida Riala T4 City Scape

The location was very good with easy access to shops and facilities very near. Most of the security were friendly, but not all.

The unit was very small and quite a shock when we arrived. Pictures compared with reality were very different. The window only had a very thin roller blind which did not keep the heat or sun out, so we had to put up our clothes and towels to block it off especially with the very hot morning sun. The electrical supplies were poor as there were no wall sockets at the high level in the kitchen area, and extension leads are not good enough, especially when they are jammed between the unit and cabinet. The unit is only really good for a very short stay for two people. (See attached pictures for window and sockets)

No place to deposit your luggage upon early check-in or out, if needed. But of course, this is not a hotel :)

Location was superb - within IT Park with many options to dine at and also a mall nearby. There was good and easy access to other points in the city. The unit was cozy, clean and well-decorated and made good use of space with the adjustable table. Host was also generally responsive.

The heater did not work as well as it should have so we often had to take showers in ice-cold water. Only one tissue was provided for a guest of 3 for the entire 4 days and there were no cleaning tools so that we could clean after our mess. Would suggest to have the max person set at 2 since 3 was really a crowd even though we were all rather petite.
