Cebu IT Park Avida Riala T4 City Scape

Nice but small condo in I T Park. Great location Owner super helpful even if she was across the world. Would recommend and stay here again

The only thing that could be better is the refrigerator could be bigger. But for short stays can make it work!

- We had a great 30 day stay at Jessica's place. The communication with her was incredible - the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed to feel at home. - The unit is very conveniently located, quite close to the restaurants, public transportation, and the malls. - Would absolutely recommend staying there!

Perfectly in the center of IT park, everywhere you can easily reach by walking. Everything what you need for the daily life you can find in the apartment. The Mountain view in the morning for wake up was even better for the start in the day.

There was not a single point we could say that we didn’t liked it

Very convenient since the mall is very near and there are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops that are walking distances around the area.

The host's communication was incredibly warm and attentive, giving us the peace of mind we needed to have a delightful time with the family. The unit itself was immaculate, with a pleasant aroma, and it was a nice touch to have welcome water and snacks available, much to the kids' delight. It turned out to be a truly memorable Halloween holiday. Although I live in Cebu, I'm already thinking about booking another stay:)

Great location - if there are not enough eateries within walking distance you are right by the jeepney and bus stops that can take you anywhere. Lovely and clean, cool and smelt great - especially welcome after a long day wandering around. Reception staff very polite and helpful
