Comfortable, large family room. The hotel was very quiet but we could still get dinner. Staff were welcoming and there was a room we could leave our bikes in overnight.

The solitary person running the hotel from managing the bar to serving breakfast was very friendly and busy, but did everything with good humour.

The room was small and cramped, the beds were soft and the mattresses well worn with very old distressed bed linen.
