The villa is spacious, quiet, and full of character, with beautiful views over the surrounding greenery. The rooms are comfortable, the common areas are great for relaxing, and the location in Brunate is peaceful while still being well-connected to Como. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful.

Some parts of the house feel a bit dated and could benefit from better maintenance and minor upgrades. Heating and insulation could be improved.

The person from the agency was very nice and friendly - we were getting some information about the house and its history. He made sure we could park our car and showed us around. The house is a historical villa up on the mountain above the lake Como. Normally you could have amazing views over the lake and the alps but unfortunately during our stay it was foggy. But nevertheless it is an amazing house with beautiful gardens (but very step - lots of steps)

Someone from the agency contacted us in advance and we agreed on an arrival at 19 h . Wie actually arrived at 19.06 h at the house (the roads up to Brunate are really difficult to drive) and were asked to pay 30 Euros in cash for a ‚late night Check-In‘. We refused to pay that amount.

The house is absolutely fantastic. The view is breathtaking, the location is ideal. The bedding is fabulous and Giovanni was the nicest host. Thank you again for your kindness, help and flexibility. It's a must-rent !!

The bathroom in the master bedroom isn't quite good. Hot water takes a lot of time to come up and there's no light in the shower. Equipment of the house can be improved (very old blowdryer for example)

We stayed 5 days and 4 nights in this beautiful apartment in Brunate and absolutely loved it. The place has a charming old Italian style, full of character, with an outstanding panoramic view over Como, the lake, and even the Alps — truly unforgettable! The host was very welcoming and shared lots of helpful tips for great restaurants and places to visit, both in Brunate and down in Como. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to explore Lake Como while staying a little outside the busy city center. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the local atmosphere and the peace of the mountains while still being close to everything.

The only small downside was that the bed felt a bit old and made some noises when moving around, but it didn’t really affect our stay.

The villa was fantastic—so spacious! We stayed with family and child . It has a unique atmosphere and personality, and I’m sure there’s a great history behind it. Art and interior lovers will definitely appreciate it like us. The views? Totally worth every penny! Giovanni, the host, was awesome. He was always available when we needed him and even helped us with a little problem we had with our car and recommended place to go to fix it . That was so sweet. There's plenty of parking too, so bigger cars fit just fine. I highly recommend staying here! we definitely going to rebook
